Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Customized or handmade personalized products are not eligible for return.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.                       

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
